Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $199.99! 

All orders that are less than $199.99 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $25.00 

If you have met our Free Shipping Threshold and still see a charge at checkout, it could be due to having an oversize item in your cart. In this case, there will be an additional surcharge ranging from $5-20 depending on the size of the item. This additional charge is referred to as the Oversize Surcharge displayed on the product detail page and at checkout.

We ship via various carriers like UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Canada Post, USPS and more. Orders placed before 2pm EST on regular business days (Monday through Thursday - excluding holidays) will ship out in 1-2 business days from our warehouse; those placed after 2pm EST or on weekends/holidays will ship out the second next available business day. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information for your package.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, so your item should arrive in 7 to 11 business days. Note that we do not ship to PO boxes. You will receive an order confirmation after you place your order and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note it may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments to fulfill your order. However shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for any additional packages from the same order.

All appropriate local and provincial sales taxes will be added to your shipping charges where applicable.
