We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and sent using standard shipping. Depending on the destination, carriers may include UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, or USPS. Shipping details and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Shipping costs $25 per order. Standard shipping is free on orders over $200.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition, with its original packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping. There are no restocking fees, but original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Online orders must be returned directly to Dweller and cannot be returned to our partner stores.
If a product is defective, contact us before returning it. The product may need to be returned for inspection. Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Dweller products include a five-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, including eligible charger defects. Complete warranty coverage, conditions, and exclusions are provided in Dweller’s warranty terms.
Dweller will cover shipping costs associated with an approved warranty claim.
